Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Codezuno website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Services
Codezuno provides custom software development services, including web development, mobile app development, AI solutions, and related consulting services. The specific deliverables and terms for each project will be outlined in a separate agreement.
Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment, you will own the intellectual property rights to the custom code developed specifically for your project. We retain rights to our proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in the development process.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments due upon completion of agreed milestones. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codezuno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or any products developed.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. You will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
